Our Vinyasa Flow Yoga class is a series of vigorous flowing yoga poses to strengthen and tone muscles, increase endurance and mindfulness. This class can be a vigorous cardio class and is recommended for more experienced yogis. Through the flowing movements with each breathe students will build internal body heat to cleanse toxins from the body while softening into yoga poses.
